Interview
Received a phone screen followed by an in person interview at Echo Global office. Initially met with HR rep followed by a 30 minute interview with 2 managers. After the interview I shadowed a current employee for about a half hour.
It was a very quick and easy job interview process with only two interviews. Simple interview questions about customer service, past experience, and situational questions that go alongside a personality questionare.

the interview processes was very conversation based on resume and cover letter listed experience. Before the first interview there was an online personally assessment and then discussion about the results within the first round of interviews.
