Echo Business Solutions interview questions

They take you to a Barnes and Noble and buy you a coffee. They are unable to answer any basic questions that you may have during this interview process because it is a SCAM

Very informal, after one phone interview I went into the office 2 weeks later for an in person. They were interviewing a lot that day. I had a nice guy who started a few months before the interview take me outside the office and perform the interview at Panera, which was weird, but wasn't uncomfortable. Asked me a few pretty basic questions then described Echo's environment and then went back into the office and met with the main lady, Jane who asked me the same sort of questions. The weird part was in between interviews, I was handed a sheet to fill out that was basically a quiz of the interview I had just had.
