The process was straight forward. Way simpler than any other I experienced. Fewer rounds than expected. Refreshing after doing 5 rounds with a similar company only to withdraw the position. They recognised my expertise and we pivoted to change from a design to a research role that suited me way better. The hiring Team was very pleasant and it gave me a good feeling about the company. I did not get anywhere with the salary negotiation.
