Interview
Pretty simple. They asked a much on lominger type questions followed by a simple read through of a code sample. The code review was simple if you know any C++. They then asked how I would test it. The lominger questions were the basic bunch of "tell me a time when you failed". They really seemed to be impressed more with my coding abilities. Apparently a lot of test engineers can't really code.
Two different sections of questions from two different groups of interviewers. Each question group was about a certain area they felt is important in the workplace. Then it was followed by a tour.

Interview
Good interview process,3 telephonic interview and then face to face...and after that face to face discussion with hiring manager and hr...it was good experience and it took complete one day for face to face interviews
