Interview
Had 3 rounds of interview. They hire only less experienced to be able to manage easily. Less experienced do not understand the internal politics of people's manager with negligible technical know how who decides performance of all working engineers.

Question 1
Most of the technical questions asked, the hiring managers themselves had no idea of terms. They decide answer as correct or incorrect based on candidate's body language.
