Eating Disorder Recovery Center Recovery Coach interview questions

I submitted a resume and was called for an initial interview where they asked about my experience, specific interests, etc. Afterwards, I interviewed with the Owner (which was more difficult), and did a practice role play. I heard about a month later that I did not get the position. I got the impression they wanted someone who could be an independent practitioner, which was different from what I expected.
