Hackerrank Screen (1 Problem / 60 Mins), HR Screen, Technical Video Phone Screen (2 Problems / 60 Mins)
It took them 3 weeks and 3 rounds to decide that they are looking for senior level position. Don't know why they have to waste someone else time. #VeryUnprofessional
Although i answered all the technical question correctly during the phone screen and passed that round as per the interviewer. But he wanted someone with 4-5 years of senior level experience. (Job description of "Software Engineer" level position doesn't say that all). Can't they read resume or ask the candidate about how much experience do they have before moving to round 3 in the process Or can't they specify that in the job description.

Interview
Received an email from the recruiting team to take part in a challenge on hacker rank. Received an email from the HR team to schedule a skype interview two weeks later for a technical round. Generic questions on software development and one coding question. Received an email one week later informing they are moving on with a local candidate.

Interview
After applying, I was sent a 45 minute coding challenge which I had correctly completed. It's been 3 weeks since submitting my challenge results and I still haven't received a reply. I followed up twice and still did not get any replies.
It's unreasonable to expect candidates to spend 45 minutes on a coding challenge, submit working code, and not receive a 30 second response saying they are not interested.
