There were 3 rounds - Skype interview with a very nice Sales Manager (easy, since I had Skype and it is free to get an account), in-person with the Sales Manager and VP of Sales and third interview was an in person (mock) sales presentation. Very detailed interview process where you learn a lot about the company, which solidified my decision in working for Eastwood. Family owned, welcoming of all people, and good customer satisfaction reviews. Everyone was very nice and helpful and I felt honored to be selected to work for this company!

Initial phone screen done by the VP of Sales, then invited in for an in-person interview. Got the offer within 2 weeks after. A lot of personality based questions and questions about my background and experience. Was a very pleasant experience and would recommend this company to anyone trying to break into new home sales. Very relaxed atmosphere.
