Spoke to the internal recruiter for the company a few times over the phone. She was very friendly and really listened to what I would be looking for. She really got me prepared for what the office atmosphere would be like and what I could expect. She then set me up for an interview with the Branch Manager and Operations Manager where I interviewed in person.
