Two rounds of phone screening with hiring manager and HR.
4 hour virtual interview through Microsoft Teams (online instead of physically onsite interview)-- 1 hour of presentation and Q&A, 1 hour of panel interview with members in the team, 15 min of individual interview with two managers. People were very friendly and family-like. Conversations focused on my understanding of the company, my experience with chemical process, and a few of behavioral questions.
I think everything went well and was told to get feedback in couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer.
