The Interview Process:
1. Zoom call with Lead Designer, Crystal Marinelli, and our CMO, Mark Gisi - Video call session is usually 30-60 minutes and will go over routine information i.e. why ES, examination of work history/relevant experience, and explanation of the role.
1.5. Zoom call with the Director of Client Services and another member of our C-Suite - 45 - 60 minutes and will go over your leadership experience, expectations for the role, what you bring, and what you need to succeed.
2. Materials & Culture (60m) We'll bring together a number of representatives from various departments to go over a deck that you will create. This deck isn't too heavy a lift and is a tool to allow you to show all the things a resume just can't bring to life, what your experience has actually looked like.
3. Offer made - we rarely have follow-ups after our MAC sessions, but it can happen if we feel a candidate did not get the full POV.
*After completing the month long interview process the team was unable to make a decision so they veered from their process and offered a paid working interview. Huge red flag! Why have a process if you aren’t going to follow it.
