Eastern Oklahoma State College interview questions

Met with college human resources director, she referred me to the Gear-Up Project Director, who set me up for an interview a week later. A week later, I was one of three people interviewed for the job. It was a pleasant interview. A couple of days later, the Project Director called to tell me that one of the two candidates got the job, because she had a Masters Degee and I did not .
