I applied through other source. I interviewed at Eastern National
Interview
This was for an IT internship, and the interviewers were friendly and polite. They noted the position (and thus, process) were new. It sounded like they'd google'd "unique interview questions", because they certainly were, but that made them interesting to answer!
The interview was through another organization that was partnered with them. I did not receive a response to my follow up email. I assume they spoke with the program, but I ended up going in another direction.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you've used humor to diffuse a situation.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Eastern National in May 2010
Interview
Applications are submitted on-site, not online. Applicants are called for interviews, though it's a good idea to follow up on an application before the calls comes. The interview itself is not unusual -- the typical questions one gets in any interview, i.e. Why do you want to work here, what are your strengths and weaknesses, etc. Drug tests were not administered when I applied, but that may have changed since then.

Question 1
Eastern simply uses an interview template, so no questions were either unexpected or especially hard.
