Eastcastle Place interview questions

the interview process was very swift and smooth. I sent over my application and resume on a Monday morning, was contacted by HR Monday afternoon and interviewed Tuesday afternoon! Had to answer about 20 or so questions!

Meet with the director of activities 2 months after I first submitted my resume. Then it took several other phone contacts to finally set up an in person interview. The process took way too long almost indicating that the company didn't want to hire for the position and was stretching out the process as to hire when it was convenient for the company and not for the applicant. I discover that out after I was employed. The company needed a driver months earlier and didn't act until the 1 driver got upset because of lack of help.
