East London NHS interview questions

Fairly straight forward. They were friendly and included a lived experience panel member which was thoughtful. Felt like they wanted me to succeed. Questions were thoughtful, they asked about day to day role.

Very friendly and offered useful feedback. They were happy to make adaptations around neurodiversity including providing written questions and giving more time to answer questions. They very kindly gave a lot of feedback in a very compassionate way which was very valuable.
