East Boston Savings Bank interview questions

It was a great interview. The branch manager was pleasant, thoughtful, and asked very interesting questions. This was probably one of the best interviews I had. He wanted to know more about my character as a person, and how that translated to my work ethics/ habits rather than my previous work experiences. I felt comfortable, and at ease. It was great knowing that my hiring was based upon who I was, and not purely on my past work experiences (or lack of).

I met with the VP and CEO on two separate occasions. The second occasion was both CEO and VP together. The process felt very conversational in style, and there were more chances for me to ask questions than the other way around.
