I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at EasCare in Apr 2018
Interview
It really wasn’t much of an interview, honestly. I met hiring manger on my day off and he hired me on the spot. It was a very easy and comfortable setting.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EasCare (Dorchester, MA) in Sept 2015
Interview
I was prepared for a full interview similar to other ambulance services I had interviewed at, but here they simply handed me the job. I have no direct experience and I have a tough college schedule to work, but they were so desparate for workers that they offered me a higher pay rate, and an excellent training program that would work with my schedule. Unfortunately the training did not go as planned because my schedule was worse than they thought, so if you are a student I would not recommemd EasCare but once you get going it is fine so for full time employees I would recommend.
I applied through other source. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at EasCare (Worcester, MA)
Interview
Formal interview, met with management who asked some questions to get to know me - nothing too hard. Make sure you at least dress up, your first impression will make or break you
