3 month process from time of applying to beginning work, email exchange followed by one camera-off call with HR, followed by second interview with camera-on with HR and manager of role applying for; HR was kind, clear, transparent and forthcoming with information about work and culture, cognizant of inclusive language; allowed for time and space for healthy discussion.
