Unfortunately, this appears to be another company where the recruiter ghosts candidates after the interview. The conversation felt extremely scripted, with questions that came off as rehearsed and impersonal — more like reading from a checklist than having a genuine dialogue, which isn’t necessarily uncommon. Still, it gave the impression that the company wasn’t truly interested in me as a candidate, but was instead focused on collecting answers to serve their own internal metrics or agenda.
