I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EarnIn (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
The interview process was straightforward. Phone screens with the hiring manager, technical background questions from a senior engineer, on site with several data scientists and engineers. Statistics, SQL, data structures, product, behavioral questions.
Team was very nice and company seems to be doing great things for low income individuals who would otherwise fall prey to predatory loans. There are a lot of interesting technical problems that need to be solved and the future seems bright from what I saw going through the process.
Ended up accepting a more senior role at another company.
