Recruiter approached me to shortlist for interview, but found out through interview that it was a mismatch of job and skills fit. Interviewer looking for someone with vast amount of experience and skillset, someone who can be a successor to her role, which made me wonder why I was even shortlisted at all given that my experience can't match what she wants. Interviewer wasn't so friendly throughout. Took this as a good learning experience.
