Dragged out and repetitive. Didn't feel very respected. Was given positive feedback after each stage, then when the negative outcome came they used the most useless, disrespectful feedback that didn't align to our interactions at all. Enormously labour intensive process for interviewing as well - lots of assets to prepare.
