EXL Service C# Developer interview questions

The interview process was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. My interview was canceled just four hours before the scheduled time, citing "budgetary constraints." This last-minute cancellation demonstrates a lack of respect for candidates' time and effort. Preparing for an interview requires significant time, energy, and schedule adjustments, and such abrupt changes reflect a highly unprofessional approach to candidate management. There was no proactive communication, no alternative solutions offered, and no consideration for the inconvenience caused. Overall, it left a very negative impression of the company's hiring process and professionalism.
