It is a 5 step interview
1. written assessment
2. if qualified in written test with 80% or above ,, we can go head to step 2
which is a technical discussion or technical round ,,, this round tries to assess in depth subject knowledge in candidate ,,, i faced this round for 55 minutes
3. if u clear step 2 , there will be another technical round with department heads which further assess your technical knowledge
4. next is HR round , basically a discussion on pay and perks
5. the last one is a face to face interaction with ultimate client for whom you are going to serve ( most probably foreign clients)
