EXL Service Decison Analytics Associate interview questions

HR Recruiter calls by following my Naukri Profile, Screening on call like skills , ctc then scheduled a Interview Round 1. Then Round 1 Interview went so well that I answered each and every question correct and he appreciate that also during the interview, all technical answers along with some behavioral all are answered with explanations and interviwer looks more than satisfied. But ironically, no calls then, i follow up but no reply. Seriously, I never went Interview that well and still not selected for further round
