My interview experience with ETP International was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I was invited for the first round of interviews at the DBT International office and traveled all the way from the northern side of Mumbai to the suburbs. Despite arriving on time, I was kept waiting in the lobby for over an hour without any communication or update.
The interview was eventually conducted by the HR Head along with recruiter Sonam, but it lasted barely 15 minutes. After that, I was simply asked to leave with the assurance that the team would get back to me regarding the next steps.
Unfortunately, even after waiting for more than two to three weeks, I never received any feedback or update. There was no communication about whether I had been shortlisted or rejected, despite multiple follow-ups.
Every candidate invests significant time, effort, and money to attend interviews. The least an organization can do is provide timely communication and closure. Keeping candidates waiting indefinitely without any response reflects poorly on the recruitment process and shows a lack of respect for their time and effort.
I hope ETP International improves its candidate experience and ensures that applicants receive proper updates, regardless of the outcome.
