The interview was held virtually but in a group setting. Every candidate was asked to provide information about himself/herself, explaining their interest in education and teaching. However, the host did most of the talking; it was primarily an information session. The application process was more involved than the interview. If a person has the desire to teach and is able to pass a background check, then seemingly those factors would be qualifiers.
