Interview
The HR partner was friendly and sent benefits information early. Everything else was unstructured. The interview dates and processes continued to change. An interview was scheduled and then cancelled and then an assessment was scheduled and failed. Another interview was scheduled and the position title changed. The interviews were with nice managers and people but nothing concrete and a lot of waste of time and resources.

Interview
The recruiter was 15 mins late for our call and didn't know which role I was interviewing for. Dropped off the call abruptly and told me she'd call back and never did. Didn't respond to my email for over a week.

basic questions - your experience a time you work with a client
Fair questions, about past experiences and why working at ERM would be relevant for my career. Also questioned about my willingness to reavel and if I have had experiences with audits before
Basic interview process similar to other consultant jobs. Overall took 2-3 weeks and their responses were quick. They seem most interested in competencies and not so much on technical experience.
