I applied for the role, had a response 3 days later inviting me to an initial interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team via Microsoft Teams. The first interview was relaxed, I was informed about what the role would contain if I was successful in the process. I was also asked what I knew about the role, such as what’s the recruitment process etc. This interview was 30 mins.
Then I had a second interview a day later with two other members of the team in the afternoon , this was more in depth. I had questions about my CV and my past experiences, why I was suitable for the job, what I knew about the company, what would I bring to the team etc. This interview was more professional. After the interview I was told I’d be in contact with to see if I was successful or not, but I’ve not been contacted since. Overall it was an okay experience, wasn’t really anything special. Would prefer if I was contacted to be told I haven’t been successful instead of being kept in the dark.
