I applied online. I interviewed at ERM (Boston, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Very long and time consuming interview process. Online interview, followed by a phone interview, followed by a 1st interview and then a second. The process took about 1 1/2 months and I didn't get an offer. I've learned my lesson that usually companies the put candidates thru this process are too indecisive, too disorganized or too egotistical to work for anyways.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic resume review questions and typical "how would you handle..." questions. Most of the people were very nice. Again, I've learned very few companies ask good questions, they are usually vague, boring and unoriginal questions designed for people who can sell themselves not for actual intellect.
Average questions about employment with the company we’re asked such as ability to work alone or with others. The interview was held virtually with two individuals. The interview lasted about an hour

I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at ERM in Mar 2016
Interview
Methodical and very organized
Specific to the industry this company does for majority of its work
They are looking for self starters who can integrate seamlessly
Casual work environment though as it seems everyone was laid back
