I was invited to a Pre-Screening interview which is a video-recorded interview in which the computer asks you a series of questions. About a week after that I was interviewed by two EQT HR members and was told there would be a third round interview AND that all candidates are notified if they are not proceeding to the next round. One week after my inteviews, I followed up with the HR Coodinator - no response. Two weeks after that I folllowed up with him again - no response. Then the next day I received an email from an EQT member that I didn't know and she let me know I wasn't moving forward in the process.
