I attended two virtual interviews with EPOS, first with the Operations Manager, followed by the HR Manager. The overall process felt inconsistent and somewhat confusing.
After the first interview, HR reached out quickly to discuss remuneration and a potential start date, which gave me the impression things were progressing well. However, I was later informed there would be a second session with HR to go through company details (e.g. leave and benefits), but it turned out to be more of another interview instead.
When I clarified on the status with the HR manager during the second meeting, I was told that discussions were still not at the offer stage, which differed from the earlier indication. This made the process feel misaligned and unclear.
After a week without updates, I followed up, but only received a brief response saying they would check with management, after which there was no further reply.
Overall, the experience was disappointing, mainly due to the lack of clear communication and follow through. I would encourage others considering the company to take this into account.
