Interview
first HR round, then general discussion with CEO/ or AD regarding current market stds and overall expectations/ salary/ packages/learnings, knowledge levels etc. Once these rounds and package is agreed upon then first general technical intro round and then last round is for purely technical that lasts for one hour or more.

Questions asked on what is written on the CV and as per the experience levels: like which TA's worked on, any big submissions you completed. Safety and efficacy knowledge, ISS/ISE, define, P21, aCRF etc, and end-to end clinical trials, their phases.
