Interview
Interview process is quite standard - 3 rounds of interviews (depends on the profile). 1 Technical + 1 Manager + 1 Project Interview (if applicable)/ HR Interview. Tech interview is mostly on the tools/area you have expertise related to the profile & manager round is discussion on the conceptual concepts.

- Write the K8S manifest files for creating Secrets.
- Write a Python program to find the unique elements from the given list
It starts with the HR interview, where we discuss my background, experience, career goals, and reasons for applying to the company. The HR interviewer asked questions about the my motivation, communication skills, and cultural fit with the organization.
The next was the Technical Interview: where they are tested on my technical skills and knowledge relevant to the position. The technical interviewer asked challenging questions, problem-solving exercises.

The Overall experience is ok with EPAM. - 1st Round of interview was General interview with the recruiter. More of Interactive round talked about my Job profile and expectations from EPAM. - 2nd Round of Interview was technical scheduled after 3 days of my general interview. - After 2nd round not shortlisted.

To join epam 1 interview with HR, another technical interview that took around 2 hours, and a final manager interview. The overall interview experience was above the others and have enjoyed the process.
