Primero entrevista genérica, luego técnica, luego sobre procesos.
El problema fue que en el job description jamás pidieron game testing como requerimiento, e incluso en la entrevista técnica me dijeron que el test lead no tenía que saber de game testing. En la última entrevista no estuvieron de acuerdo con eso. Decidí bajarme del proceso aunque la gente de la primera entrevista me dijo que "lo estaban peleando" porque entendí hubo deshonestidades, falta de comunicación y roles estratégicos interfiriendo en lo técnico. RED FLAGS.
Además, el sueldo era pobrísimo, y ya entrar con problemas era una mala idea.
Una decepción para una empresa que está aterrizando en Argentina. Además, recruiting jamás se disculpó, simplemente me ghosteó.
