They found me on Linkedin that they have a very fitting position for me. First was a short phone interview with the common questions. After that I met with that HR girl who found me. She was asking the things deeper, where have I worked before, checked my english skills, asked about my salary. That went good, 1 week later came the technical interview, with field specific questions to define my level. I passed, maybe I get the level before the senior level. Than I met with the source manager on the next week. He told me all the details, (no homeoffice, low salary with low benefits, meetings every morning, and propably at afternoon too with the american collegues. I dunno when to work after that) He asked my expectation about the salary, I repeated that I told the HR girl, he said that could not be accepted by him ... At the end he said they will inform me, but surprise, they did not write, call, nothing at all.
