I was contacted by a recruiter and we had a screening call where we discussed the basic aspects fo the role and my expectations.
Then, I had a technical interview, a spoken, fluent and very cool interview where the interviewer asked questions about Devops, AWS, Terraform, kubernetes, scripting, and at the end a very cool challenge to create a python script.
The final phase was a managerial interview. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in interviews. The "manager" had a horrible attitude, to the point that he didn't even say hello when he joined the call, he just started asking tricky questions about security in AWS services, EKS, even though this was not the only requirement for the position. At the end he asked me questions about LLMs and MCP integrations (what was not mentioned in any previous stage).
