Interview
The interview was mainly technical and focused on practical GenAI implementation. Most questions were around RAG pipelines, how to debug them, and how to evaluate performance using different score metrics. They also asked about Copilot Studio topic flow design and the difference between LangChain and LangGraph with examples. The discussion was hands-on and based on real project scenarios.

It was my first interview. The interviewer tried to explain all the details about the company as thoroughly as possible. After that, I talked about my own experiences. I moved on to the second stage of the three-stage interview process.
