EPAM Systems DevOps Architect interview questions

I have done 3 technical interviews and the first 2 were around DevOps but the last interview by the VP was supposed to be a manager interview but he started being Technical and asking Aws Solution Architect questions. I was speechless and confused. What I applied for and what they were asking. There is no process or clarity on what they want with candidates. Crazy organization. The VP was trying to show off his skills and asking non relevant questions for the position applied. Not sure where the minds work with such organization. Who would want to work in a confused organization and confused people 😐
