Process was pretty quick, may be 1 month between the application closing date and the first interview with an H&R officer. Quite general and easy-going discussion. On this first interview I was asked my salary expectations. I was selected for the next round of interviews but HR told me that they could not match my expectations. This was very helpful and time saving for everyone. I decided not to proceed with the rest of the recruitment process.
