ENC - ElDorado National California interview questions

I applied for this position through the recruiter ENC uses which is Lumicity. I had 2 interviews with them and team was friendly. After my final interview, their VP pulled me aside and really complimented my experience and that I was a perfect fit for the role, which gave me the idea that I had a good chance of getting hired. Well for 3 weeks after that, the recruiter at Lumicity talked in circles and kept giving excuses why the hiring team hasn’t made a decision yet. After the 2nd week, the recruiter promised me to give me an update the following week and it’s been radio silence ever since.
