Quick and dirty. I was recommended by a current employee. We did a phone interview and that was it. Note: Most of the employees are family, friends, or otherwise related. Very few come in off the street w/o a referral.

Interview
I had two phone interviews. The first one resulted in a follow-on to discuss salary after I was asked about my salary range during the initial interview. The second phone interview was more of a tentative salary negotiation which led to a written offer. The recruiter was very professional and the position was well within my area of interest.
