Interview
Upon leaving the company, I found I was hired based on nepotism and not ability. I was asked simple questions and was expected to do very little. It was humiliating.

I was told to explain what I could offer a position that did not exist. I found that very hard to answer and in retrospect, it didn't matter what I answered.
