Many thanks for your feedback, much appreciated. Structured interviews are vital to EMR to ensure we recruit the highest calibre of candidates, apologies if we didn't meet the standards required on this occasion. By the end of the year we hope to have rolled out Interview Training for all our managers, this will include best practice, competency based questions and information relating to 'candidate experience'. Thanks again for the information provided, we will utilise it as part of our training moving forward.
