I was invited to first interview with two MDs a few days after applying via e-mail. They were extremely professional, structured and open-minded individuals who asked reasonable questions and gave insights in the company, specifically on the offered position. Next round was with an HR person, also extremly kind and professional. They have a very 'holisitic' approach for their application that can even include spending a whole day with potential future colleagues before they come to final conclusion. In my particular case it did not match from either side, but I can highly recommend this company from an applicants point of view.
