The process was simple. I applied online and heard back within a couple of weeks. The gentleman who interviewed me was friendly; he zoned in on my experience teaching and also how I manage a classroom effectively.

Moreover, the interviewer was keen on exploring my approaches to handling various situations in the classroom. They asked thoughtful questions about how I would handle different learning styles and abilities among students. It was evident that they valued creating an inclusive environment that catered to diverse needs, and they wanted to gauge how I would adapt my teaching methods accordingly. I highlighted my belief in differentiated instruction and the use of various teaching strategies to engage and support all learners effectively.
