ELK Studios interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me eventhough I have never worked as an Art Director for games. Which I told her. The interview went smoothly, the recruiter was very nice. However they had me to a test, which I spent almost a week on, to then not go to the next step. I have now seen a recent game look very much like the work I sent them.

I was reached out to by a recruiter based on my animation showreel. I had one initial interview and one follow up where they offered me an art test. At that point, i decided not to go further with the application but the overall process was pleasant and the recruiter was very nice
