It was short and easy, I have seen the job posting on Glassdoor. I have sent an email to the adres mentioned, however the person who owned the email adres had quit her job. They returned to me after I have added their HR email to the CC. Interview was conducted via Skype, the HR part of the interviewers were very nice. After the first interview with the HR person, I had a quick interview with the leader of the team I was interviewee for.

I first spoke to an HR, she was very nice, then another interview with the Business Development Director. She was very direct, not too much emotion but her questions were short and not many questions. My understanding was she was already happy with my experience so didn't dive too deep, but haven't put in any effort to sell me the position neither.
