      I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EIZO Global in Dec 2013

      Interview

      US headquarters hires only through Apple One in Cypress. The same lady,Charlene, refers all to CEO for direct hire. She was quite nice and persistent on following up. First must visit the Apple One office for a computer test,generic office administration test. You also need to watch a video. After assessment tests you meet with Charlene. She's a fashionable lady who is quick and to the point. I think I spent more time on the phone with her than in person. She set me date to interview the same week at EIZO inc headquarters in Cypress,CA. First impression of the office is old and dusty and no digital signage for a high end tech company this was a bit of a surprise,old fashioned cubes and nice glass offices. Mismatched computer hardware. Only the displays match, because that's what they manufacturer. Tom the CEO brings in his operations supervisor,Todd to influence his decision to hire, they also conference call his brother,Dave, who is the VP of sales and is located back east. Basic inside sales questions like how do you gather leads? Follow through and the whole interview was maybe 20 minutes. Crazy weird was at the end they have me an assessment of how well they thought I did and some constructive criticism as well. Which I've never encountered in my long history of interviewing. Dave said I laugh too much (because he assumed that I was nervous ) but it sounds like I'm not serious about the subject if I laugh while answering the questions. He's actually right that I laugh when I talk and I just can't help being a joyful person. At the end he said he approved and I was asked to slow up the next day for 2nd interview. The next day I was introduced to the team, Jack the medical inside sales welcomed me and allowed me to see what he did on a day to day basis. I heard his call techniques and I like him and others. We went back to the conference room and CEO offered we an hourly wage plus package. Base plus shared commission for the team hitting their goals.
