Pretty easy. Sat down with the owner and had a brief interview. Nothing too complex nothing to crazy. Straightforward and simple. Really nice guy. Easy going. Dress is business casual . Anything more and you would be out of place. Just be up beat and answer the questions and you will be fine. Its a great place to work.
